Who we are

Gina Metroff, MC, LPC, LISAC, MAC

My approach uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a solution-focused, strengths-based perspective and focuses on positive change. We can work together to break negative patterns, resolve challenges and build a positive future. A Cognitive-Behavioral perspective creates changes in thinking patterns, changes in emotional patterns and leads to positive changes in behavior.

I have more than 20 years experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor in both non-profit organizations and private practice. My specialties include Relationship Issues, Adolescents, Families, Adults, Substance Abuse, and Anger Management. My experience also includes both adolescents and adults involved in the justice system and the foster care system.

I am certified through NAADAC as a Master Addiction Counselor and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) and am able to provide DOT/SAP evaluations for return-to-duty.

Tatiana Fedotova-Klinger, Psy.D, LPC, LISAC

My focus is on assisting clients in managing anxiety, depression, and addictions. I have extensive experience working with individuals recovering from trauma and substance use/addiction. My training includes EMDR, and I am also certificated in compulsive gambling recovery. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Brief-Solution Focused Therapy, and can also incorporate mindfulness with those who are interested in exploring their spirituality.

I have been been a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Substance Abuse counselor for more than 14 years. I earned a doctorate in clinical psychology from Arizona School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University and am a licensed Psychologist. I currently work with adults, both individually and couples.

My belief is that each individual deserves to be happy, and I respect the diversity and authenticity of my clients.

FAQs About Insurance

Do you take insurance, and how does it work?

To determine if you have mental health coverage through your insurance carrier, the first thing you should do is call them.  Check your coverage carefully and make sure you understand their answers.  Some helpful questions you can ask them:

  • What are my mental health benefits?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • What is my co-pay?

  • Do I have a deductible to meet and if so, how much is it?

  • How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
